I wanted a Manual Treadmill, Because Powered treadmills are like riding on a powered escalator, Also Powered treadmills have a LOT of horror stories of quality and breakdowns, beside electric treadmills do all the work for you, your not really working out on one. It’s so easy to fold up after use, just press a button.Provides a realistic workout because as the user provides all of the energy to keep the belt moving.Turns out I was wrong.I was worried it would be weird to use but you really can just set your own pace. There was some concern with the belt rubbing on the side of the frame but this is solved by adjusting the tension of the belt.I was very disappointed that the band you walk on continuously tries to slide off the supports while walking.Easy assembly and everything that required a bolt to hold it together lined up great. My initial impressions are as follows:1.Best thing I’ve purchased to workout inside. You just get on and set the resistance and take off and when you go, it goes.I’m very pleased with this motorless treadmill. It was fairly easy to put together and it gives you the ability to incline walk or jog the entire time. The incline facilitates a smooth waking motion, but it also presents a nice challenge. It came in a huge box and pretty well packaged.I followed the instructions on how to lube the belt and adjusting it on both sides with the tool that’s provided.First, pay the extra money and have the delivery guys deliver it wherever you are going to put it.Best part is I did not have to think about where I should plug it in because it is manual. With an old monitor and a bunch of duct tape, I made the perfect desk.[/review3][review3] Working great, No electrical very safely .

Super inconvenient.I love it Tough workout. It winds up slowing you down and No matter how many times I try to adjust it, lubricated it or set it back on track.Easy to set up and use Way better than an electric treadmill. Self power great It’s well built, heavy and sturdy.
