The Support is the worst.I will keep updating the review with time.It is very durable and definitely cushions during my runs. This treadmill would be amazing if it actually worked as you expected.I only use it for walking, usually with an incline between 6-12 varying. So far so good.Motor hood tab is broken.I contacted NordicTrack via live chat and they determined the circuit board needed to be replaced. The treadmill was on sale on black Friday so I purchased it.Machine has 12 pre loaded workouts if you don’t want to sign up for IFIT.There are some negatives to it yet most of them are not so bad as to turn me off.I’ve run on high end $4000 treadmills and the $500 cheap jobs. What a scam.UPDATE: Received a new, working motor from Icon Health and Fitness. It is really well made and the instructions make it relatively easy to put together. As for the product, not so good.We were also disappointed that the iFIT required a monthly $15 subscription and one of the main reasons we wanted this unit was to "walk along the river in France", but didn’t want to pay the subscription. This new machine has new tech in it including a Touch Screen that seemed nice but it houses an annoying Software linked to ifit that takes Forever to load, and forever to go from one screen to the next.My request for support has yielded NO response. His last Nordictrack died after 6 years and just over 6000 miles, so hopefully this one will hold up as well.
Amazon was great and arranged for a new one to be delivered and the old one picked up.I’m lucky the treadmill even works. It started when ‘iFit cardio’ stopped working. Here is why: NordicTrack is in too deep with iFit.That’s the end of the positive review. The fan and speakers are decent and the info displayed on the screen while running is very helpful. The first one i received was cracked and damaged w/ the belt not spinning properly. At first it would say iFit couldn’t start, then it somehow started working but whenever you try to make a change, another error comes up saying you need to reset the treadmill at which point you need set up everything again. It was up and working for less than 2 months before I started having trouble with the iFit software. Its a poor software.Needs a new motor. It says “Unfortunately iFit cardio has stopped”.e we’re not super fast and do not do crazy inclines).Customer Service Experience #1: After about a 20 minute chat with a customer service rep, I got them to send me a replacement part for the frame. There are a lot of pieces in the package but it is organized in a way that it is not difficult to put together.I was immediately charged almost $400.The price was great for the product I received.Firstly, the firmware cannot be updated.I expected them to do this, so I was prepared to make the call to contest it.
00 per year. There is only one manual mode where you can decide everything like pace, incline. It lured me in with the coupon I got with it for a year’s free subscription to the IFit service, which was quite nice.) We contacted the customer service and they sent us out two different parts that did not fix our problem.Being as objective as possible, here is my review:1) Assembly: this was pretty easy.I bought a $1000 treadmill to wait on the computer 😑 wish it had far less technology.Pretty simple, right? Yes, all the fancy workouts are fine, but if you think the tiny android-powered tablet set into this thing will make you feel like you’re jogging along the beach, it’s too small for that. They came built it and never plugged in to test it saying they were only hired to build it.My treadmill stopped running 4 months after purchasing it, with only a couple hours of use each week.It changes speeds quickly and smoothly and the deck never slips. The quality, workmanship and features is the best buy for the money No Sugar Aloud LLC makes the routine of excercising fun. This worked great for 2 years. The thing I didn’t like is that Nordictrack wants you to purchase additional software to run on the digital screen.Nice volume radio for a tread, using my MP3.Unit came well packaged with no damage noted nor missing parts.Haven’t tried it’s wireless features but for both me who is 6’3" and my wife who is 5’10" this treadmill is very comfortable and meets our non pro-runners taste. My wife and I knocked it out in no time. The ease of use department is lacking!!! The IFit app takes over the entire interface and makes the machine very cumbersome to use.Has been pushing me to go harder then I normal.<!– .
