This is my first home treadmill so can’t compare it to others except for ones I’ve used at the gym which wouldn’t be a fair comparison at this price point. The delivery was prompt, but I had to help the delivery staff get it into the house.Update after owning for a year and a half. However, there are electrical problems as noted by other users. For the last two months I will be mid-stride, not even touching the machine but my feet and it will suddenly stop frozen. After one month I will say that I am very pleased, but please see my personal pros/cons below:Pros:– great built in workouts– good fan output– large cup holders– great speakers– 4 user data– goal trackingCons:– Delivery: I felt horrible for the guy who delivered this.I paid to have an installer come out to put this unit together. It’s only been 2 weeks and it feels like it’s already damaged.Unfortunately, mine didn’t work right out of the box. They had a tech out very quickly and the problem was resolved.I have this huge machine all assembled by an expert, and now they just want to ship me another one without sending someone to disassemble the one I have!!! Piece of CRAP! I’ve had this treadmill about two months now.The speakers are there but I would suggest headphones as they are tinny and just sound like a phone that is turned up too loud. And I expected it to be very good.I didn’t assemble it myself as we took advantage of the free assembly service which I advise highly. If you are looking for a treadmill near gym quality then this is your match. However, the customer support I have received has been ridiculously unhelpful.Assembly didn’t seem to difficult l, though I sprang for the treadmill assembly just to be on the safe side.Well built and takes up much less space than most treadmills I’ve seen when in storage mode. Now, after about a year of working, I get constant beeping.
My husband and I are both very active and fitness is a part of our career. When using the treadmill and touching the heart monitor or other parts of the treadmill I get electrically shocked. This package weighs 200 lbs, it is not easy to carry and is the hardest part of “assembly.Amazon was very cooperative to help me get the invoice to Nautilus to have the repairs done.It feels very sturdy, a gym quality machine in my opinion.I did find that when you are ready to assemble the top display unit, you will need 4 hands. It meets our needs perfectly. It was a very slow and frustrating process to get what should have been a simple step completed.I love the ability to track workouts and have multiple users.Mechanics- everything works fine.Stopped working after 20 or so miles and I had to call for support — they had me disassemble it and check some wires and do a special reset on it.It is okay to move since it can tilt up and be rolled.Couldn’t be happier! My research and experience indicates Nautilus has excellent customer service, best pricing, sturdiest, longest lasting machines, least amount of problems and more than I can remember.Easy to put together .do 1hr 3 mph, incline 3, every day, fan not too powerful, but ok.It has programmable workout settings.5 years ago and only used a few times because of moving.5 years.
You know how dangerous that is?Been unable to get it physically returned. Be sure to pay extra for delivery to room and assembly. The Treadmill was very easy to assemble.5 years and it is now making a loud squeal sound, its coming from the motor 🙁 Sadly now i dont know how to get it fixed … Is a quiet as the reviews said.I have owned 4 treadmills in 20 years.I was able to put it together with just a little assistance from my wife.It is really quiet and the incline mechanism is really smooth as well.My Nautilus has held up very well this last year with 3xper week usage. My hubby put it together in under an hour.Set up easy.very solid, very smooth operation.Their tech support people are friendly and helpful – but wish there were not so many problems already.25 inches wide while it is advertised as 20 inches.entry-content –><!– .It seems very well built and everything functions as it should.I paid to have it assembled. This treadmill is so convoluted to start that I can’t event tell you off the top of my head how to get it going.
