Needed help with exercising and this has been great.2mph.This machine easily fits in my living room, could be a bit wider,and the speed selection is great.Once on it we found that it is a great unit for our daily workout.Given my stroke, I can only spend 10 minutes daily on it, but I’ll get better.He walks pretty slow, but the machine can go faster! The panel is very simple and easy to use! Super sturdy, and the long handle bars are perfect.This is worth the cost.Only had it a month but so far I’m very pleased with it.Both my knees are bad.My mother loves it.She is 86 years old and has been told to walk more and it gives her alot of stability with the full length hand rails would definitely recommend this product Just the one a rehab. Perfect for my 76 yo father.
