com.It came within 3 business days.As a company, they chose to do this not through an iPad App but through a web browser page called Bowflex Connect. The machine is easy to use and easy on my knee.I tried various things in the past such as exercise bikes, actual biking, jogging and even went to the extreme of fitness DVD’s like Insanity. noisy and customer service is not helpful for bowflex! my worst purchase at amazon so far! Not what I was expecting.I can get the same results in less than half the time compared to treadmills or elliptical trainers.after 20 minutes at 2.I have called customer service several times in 2 months.I can really feel it! Mind you I am only able to go for three minutes so far but will try more next week. This machine gives me the opportunity to get a good workout at home in doors. I’m very happy with my TreadClimber.I’m still figuring it all out, but can work 10 minutes at a shot twice a day, so I’m a happy camper.Does provide a good workout.Came nicely packaged, easy to put together and out of the box worked perfect, belts aligned and tensioned correctly so no concerns with fraying edges. It was my early Christmas present. The arms wobble some and I couldn’t get the arm bolts to go in as they should.

Does provide a good workout. The assembly person arrived and noticed the box said 1 of 2.Not too hard.I would buy it again. The Bowflex representative was very courteous and responsive to my complaints and, ultimately, I was offered a fair financial deal on the return of the machine and the parts that had been shipped to me .It just broke down on me in 2017.The belts do shred and the treadles make a loud noise when walking on them. When you get moving above 3.Works well Works good, Free shipping. For this price, this machine should work seamlessly and it misses the mark by a lot! Save your money and avoid.Had it unpacked from the two boxes and set up in just over 2 glad I did! If fact, I wish I would have bought it sooner! I kept holding back due to the fact there is only one review on their website and I am big on reading reviews before I make any major purchase… any purchase really.Had tech come out and stated electronic board would be replaced and 2 weeks later still haven’t been able to use this machine.Hope to get lots of use out of it.

Im not waiting until my return period is over to return this .I decides to move it and it does not fold up and fit their a bedroom door.I am a cardio junkie, so I need durable equipment capable of taking a beating.A few years ago, I lived in a small town with a gym that had a Tread Climber.I was impressed at how great of a cardio workout it gives at an easy walking pace.I only got one.As an exercise machine I really like it but I started having the problem of the machine just stopping dead a little over a minute into my workout.I’m selling mine and going back to a treadmill.I see many people not satisfied with the older models and that makes me very happy that I waited until these newer models were released. After the first week of using the TC100 my lower back was sore.I will go on! Whatever you do, do not order the Treadclimber TC200.
